Our friends and neighbors at the Venice Vintage Motorcycle Club hosted their 5th annual VVMC Rally last weekend just down the street from The Emporium. As we walked the grounds, breathing in the diversity of our tribe of two-wheeled enthusiasts, our eyes were drawn to all the fantastic graphics adorning the t-shirts and leather jackets circulating the field. We trained our lenses on this multitude of logos, mottos, and slogans, and meditated on ideas of brand loyalty, self-expression, and identity politics.
